I was lucky enough to meet Chris a few years ago in another house I managed. His work was exceptional, and when I moved, I asked him straight away to come and help me here. The standard of his work is exceptional, and his method of dry cleaning, means that there is zero mess. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

KM Window Cleaning is a really great company. Chris and Caroline are amazing. Had them already twice to clean the windows and would call them back anytime. They’ve always been on time, efficient and just really great at cleaning windows. Incredibly reliable. No task is too difficult and they’re very meticulous in their work. They’re very cautious and treat your home, or office with great respect, without leaving any trace. They’re clearly very good at their job and extremely professional. Would trust them anytime and recommend them to anyone.

Chris was highly recommended by our neighbours, came by and gave an estimate. Its not easy to reach all of our windows but he got them all to be spotless w/ absolutely no mess made inside. Very thorough, very time efficient, very well mannered and polite (eg our cat is normally afraid of workmen but she followed him around – thats how nice he is). Also valuable to me – he gave good advice on some of double panes that I want to replace. Like our neighbours, we will arrange for repeat service.

This gentleman had a very lovely manner about him and I found him to be courteous, friendly, polite and extremely respectful of the furniture, which he covered and made every effort to make his work fantastic – which is was. We have had our windows cleaned by Chris for over a year now and are always happy with his reliability, tidiness, professionalism and work ethic. We’ve used several cleaners in the past and none come close to the quality of work Chris achieves – he even gets to the hard to reach areas. Our house is very modern with a lot of glass and after Chris shines it up, it practically sparkles. We highly recommend using him!

Our windows are the cleanest they have ever been in 16 years, having tried a few window cleaners. Kris worked hard, tidily and with great respect to our home. The work is of an excellent standard – cleaning frames and sills as well as the windows. You may pay a little more that your old window cleaner, as we did, but when you see his workmanship you know you have paid a little more money but received a great deal more in quality and service. Kris takes real pride in ensuring he does a great job to the customers complete satisfaction.

The work was completed over 3 hours and I was very pleased with the result particularly since my house is 4 stories and some of the windows which are sash have the top section painted shut. The work was completed very efficiently with great care and attention paid to ensuring that my carpets were not marked ( use of shoe covers, dust sheets etc). In addition they also removed some wisteria which had climbed onto the conservatory roof. Overall a very good job completed.

Chris and one other person arrived at the appointed time and completed the full cleaning of our very grimy inside and outside windows to a very professional standard (they were spotlessly clean at the end of it). I am very pleased with the result. In particular, for higher floors they cleaned the outer windows from inside rather than with an extending pole brush so as to get best results. Soft furnishings were left intact as they used protecting equipment. They were discreet and very polite. I will definitely use their services again!

I had tried several window cleaners all of whom I was not happy with for a number of reasons and I am very fussy. Am extremely happy with Kris who does a wonderful job and is very reasonable. What I like is that he wears shoe protectors and ensures any furniture is moved back. I am now using him every two month and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Chris and his team did a wonderful job. We needed all external windows and some awkward skylights to be cleaned. Pricing is fair and booking with them is so straight forward. We did have to reschedule due to other work overrunning and this wasn’t an issue for them at all. I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again in the future.

Our offices are based within a 4 story townhouse behind Sloane Sq so some of them are quite high up. Chris and his partner we easy to communicate with, kept me informed when they were running late due to traffic issues, were friendly and polite and did a great job. Where possible Chris got onto the ledge to clean by hand and had extendable device to reach the very high windows when at ground level. He also went round all the windows with me to check I was happy at the end and removed any hard water marks / any bits missed – I would definitely recommend them.
